Job summary

pladis seeks an on-site Quality Assurance team member to support GMP-compliant quality control in a food manufacturing environment. The role focuses on sampling, QC testing and documentation to maintain product integrity and safety.

Responsibilities include recording weights and sensory evaluations, ensuring GMP adherence, reviewing documents, and assisting the QA team on ongoing projects to uphold high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with QC testing of food products and adherence to quality specs.
• Knowledge of GMP and Food Safety standards in manufacturing.
• Ability to document and file QA records accurately.

• Monitor and record product weights, quality evaluation and sensory as part of daily product showing.
• Guide production in following of GMP to comply with Food Safety.

PURPOSE:

Support the on site quality and operations team in a food manufacturing setting. Importance of Good Manufacturing Practices in the manufacturing areas and the Quality Lab. Job may include QC testing of partially completed products, finished product evaluation for quality compliance to specification and reviewing and filing paperwork
