Key Accountabilities and Deliverables

• Day to day cleaning and sanitizing of the production floor and offices as directed by the FSQ Supervisor or Manager.
• Responsible for completing all necessary paperwork that is related to the cleaning and sanitizing duties that are performed throughout the shift.
• May be required to perform some preventative maintenance task as assigned by plant management.
• May be required to work a varied schedule with overtime opportunities based on production needs.
• Follow all plant safety and GMP rules and regulations.
• Assist where needed/required in all food safety and quality issues or programs.
• Assist as needed by management in production and related function to production.
• Ensures that all tasks and functions of position are always performed in a safe manner and that all procedures and requirements are properly followed to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Responsible for food safety and quality as well as reporting food safety and quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
• Lift material of up to 50lbs and be able to stand for majority of their shift.

Base starting rate ranges from $18 to $20/hr. The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
