Plascore in Zeeland, MI seeks a Quality Technician to support product and process quality during launches and ongoing operations. You will observe shop-floor activities, conduct inspections, and work with leadership to ensure conformance to Plascore and ISO9000 standards.

This role requires 1–2 years of quality experience, an associates degree or equivalent, and the ability to work a 1st shift, Monday–Friday. Plascore offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative environment.

Formación

• 1-2 years progressively more responsible experience.
• Associates degree or high school diploma/GED combined with 2+ equivalent years of quality experience.
• Must be eligible to work on ITAR programs.

Responsabilidades

• Perform quality assurance testing of production run samples and pre-production validation samples.
• Perform all duties of a Quality Assurance Tester as required.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure conformance with Plascore standards and customer requirements.
• Maintain quality documentation and support internal CAR processes.
• Support customer service for complaints using CAR processes.
