Mayco International in Sterling Heights, Michigan, seeks a Quality Technician to ensure parts meet customer requirements and follow company procedures. You will perform product and process checks, support document control, and communicate quality concerns across shifts.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months related experience or training, and basic math and teamwork skills. Prior plastic injection molding exposure is a plus, with IATF 16949 awareness training provided.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Strong math skills and basic problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Exposure to SPC data collection or quality systems is a plus (IATF 16949 awareness).

Responsabilidades

• Perform product and process checks to validate conforming production processes.
• Provide first piece samples to production team and perform fixture checks.
• Manage non-conforming product or material and communicate to team.
• Support document control and updates; maintain shift-to-shift quality communications.
• Assist in root cause analysis when issues arise.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
