Job summary

Refresco is seeking a quality assurance professional to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role focuses on laboratory analyses, ensuring products meet customer specifications, and maintaining rigorous records and compliance with GMP and SQF standards.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in quality within manufacturing, familiarity with SAP, and the ability to work varied shifts in a production setting. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment preferred.
• In plants co-packaging alcoholic beverages, must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all health and safety policies and wear PPE in warehouse or production areas.
• Ensure products conform to customer specifications as per SAP system.
• Perform analysis on raw materials, finished batches, and water.
• Conduct chemical and physical analysis on materials.
• Evaluate finished products against current standards through audits.
• Maintain accurate records of tests and retests and complete reports on time.
• Perform analytical tests to qualify ingredient batches for production.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and proper equipment calibration.
• Report out-of-spec results to leadership.
• Complete special projects as assigned by leadership.
