Job summary

Refresco in Greendale, Indiana is seeking a Quality Technician for the second shift. The role focuses on analyzing raw materials, finished products, and packaging to ensure compliance with customer specifications in SAP and SQF/GMP standards.

You will maintain records and work with production teams to uphold quality throughout manufacturing. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in quality within a manufacturing setting, are proficient with Excel/Word, and are comfortable using measurement tools.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Excel and Word; SAP experience preferred.
• Familiar with measurement tools and equipment (calipers, micrometers, CMM).
• Knowledge of SQF, GMP, and quality standards is preferred.
• Able to read and understand metric system and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs, PPE, and safety policies in warehouse/production areas.
• Ensure products conform to customer specifications as per SAP.
• Perform analyses on raw materials, finished batches, and packaging materials.
• Conduct audits to monitor finished product and packaging integrity.
• Maintain accurate test records and report out-of-spec results to leadership.
• Complete special projects as assigned by leadership.
