Job summary

Tate Inc. in Pocahontas, AR is seeking a Quality Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will perform quality inspections, test products, and ensure conformance to company and quality standards on all production stages.

The role supports continuous improvement, uses calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools, and requires up to 50 lb lifts, standing all shift. We offer benefits and growth opportunities within Tate and the Kingspan Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop or crouch for at least an 8-hour shift.
• Must be computer literate, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to use various measuring tools and verify test equipment is calibrated.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all test equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
• Performs routine & job-specific load performance tests to ensure specs are met.
• Performs incoming inspections on products from vendor.
• Maintains updated certified testing reports on standard products.
• Assists with continuous improvement of product and manufacturing processes to improve quality and reduce costs.
