Job summary

Tate Americas is seeking a Quality Technician I at the Red Lion Plant to support inspections and ensure product conformance to specifications. The role follows established procedures to identify defects and maintain quality standards across incoming, in-process, and final inspections.

You will document results, assist with containment of non-conforming materials, and uphold 5S and safety requirements in a fast-paced environment at Red Lion, PA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of quality/inspection experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of measurement tools.
• Ability to read instructions, drawings, specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly.
• Willingness to learn quality systems and inspection techniques.

Responsibilities

• Own accuracy of inspection activities by following procedures and standards.
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections with established criteria.
• Verify dimensions and tolerances using measurement tools.
• Identify and document defects and deviations from specifications.
• Record inspection results in quality systems and logs.
• Support containment of non-conforming materials.
• Maintain and organize inspection records for audits.
• Communicate findings to supervisors and team members.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain 5S workspace.
• Coordinate with warehouse/production teams to support daily operations.
