Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a Quality Technician for the 2nd shift in Broken Arrow, OK. You will oversee inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products to ensure adherence to ASME, customer requirements, and internal standards.

This role emphasizes calibration checks and documentation of test results. The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or GED (tech degree preferred) with 3+ years in heat exchanger quality control, and the ability to read engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college or technical school degree preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in heat exchanger manufacturing quality control environment or a combination of education and experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Attention to detail, problem solving, and clear communication.
• Stakeholder engagement with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products to ASME, customer ITP, regulatory and company standards.
• Verify calibration and proper functioning of QA equipment.
• Document test results and non-conformities; prepare reports.
• Assist with internal and external audits for ASME compliance.
• Perform receiving inspection for product identification and MTRs.
