Qualifications

• Must be able to work in all weather conditions with exposure to dust, dirt, and noise.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to read blueprints/production drawings and perform analytical math.
• Basic PC skills and data entry into systems.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Test and inspect material, product, and processes across production stages.
• Enter production and quality data into computer systems accurately.
• Identify and report quality issues to management and pursue corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement of materials, processes, and products.
• Maintain lab cleanliness and laboratory safety practices.
