Job summary

Venture Plastics is seeking a Part-Time Metrology Technician in El Paso, TX to support the Quality Department with precision metrology and dimensional analysis. Responsibilities include CMM inspections, vision system checks, first article reporting and capability studies for automotive and aerospace projects.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in QA/metrology, engineering background, and proficiency with Calypso, Micro-Vu, and Minitab.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years QA/Quality Technician/Metrology experience.
• Trade school certification and/or engineering background preferred.
• Hands-on CMM operation and programming with Calypso.

Responsibilities

• Perform CMM inspections and dimensional analysis to validate product quality.
• Conduct vision system inspections and first article reporting.
• Support PPAP-related activities and capability studies.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing teams to ensure precision.
