Job summary

Aluma-Form is seeking a QA - Quality Control professional in Mocksville, NC for full-time day shifts. The role involves audit setup and testing, documenting results, and ensuring conformity to specifications.

The ideal candidate will read engineering prints with GD&T, be familiar with SAP and EtQ quality modules, and perform data-driven SPC analyses while maintaining quality records and coordinating with suppliers and teams.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work with a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Able to read and understand engineering prints including GD&T.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiar with Statistical Process Control and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Audit set-up, in-process, final and rework inspection, and testing including documenting audit results on appropriate forms and maintaining quality records
• Follow procedures and control plans/work instructions for inspection/testing requirements
• Determine conformity to current engineering and/or manufacturing specifications
• Create Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs) and waivers for nonconforming material
• Complete required documentation in a concise, legible, organized, and timely manner
• Perform layout inspections and generate Lab Test Requests for off-site inspections/testing
