Job summary

This temp-to-hire role operates 5am-1:30pm or 4pm-12:30am on weekdays, with OT eligibility. Strong detail orientation and proficiency with Word and Excel are essential; a pre-employment test will assess related skills.

Qualifications

• Inspect and document parts and assemblies to ensure conformance with blueprints.
• Prepare data and reports for training and process improvements.
• Interpret engineering blueprints for accurate inspection.
• Pre-employment test to assess aptitude.
• Experience with quality assurance is a plus.
• Prior engineering technician background helpful.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and document parts and assemblies on the manufacturing floor.
• Convert collected data into reports used for training and process improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers; discuss issues and update SOPs as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors when necessary.
