Job summary

Our client in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Quality Technician to join the Quality Assurance Department. You will support production and inspection teams, ensuring quality in processes and final products.

This on-site role involves hands-on assembly and inspections of hydraulic power units, with attention to detail and proactive communication. The position requires at least one year of related experience, capability to read blueprints and engineering documents, and familiarity with measuring tools

Qualifications

• At least one year of related work experience.
• Experience inspecting parts against blueprints.
• Experience using measuring tools and calibrating them.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documents.

Responsibilities

• Work directly on the production floor to ensure quality in processes and product outcomes.
• Accurately and efficiently build and assemble standard hydraulic power units.
• Perform incoming inspections on components and First Article Inspections on new cylinders from overseas suppliers.
• Understand and follow quality assurance systems, processes, and procedures.
• Inspect the quality of manufactured products to meet customer needs.
