Job summary

Amcor in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a QA Technician to perform product inspection and testing per drawings and quality specs. You will use inspection tools to verify surface defects, workmanship, and tolerances with minimal supervision, guided by the Technical Manager.

Responsibilities include reporting incidents, documenting test results, releasing material, preparing certificates of analysis, and supporting calibrations and audits.

Qualifications

• Familiar with manufacturing processes and quality systems.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO and food packaging industry preferred.
• Experience with inspection tools and recording results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product inspection visually and dimensionally per drawings.
• Report safety, health or environmental incidents.
• Document test results and release materials per procedures.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Operators for shift updates and fixes.
• Assist in QA audits and corrective actions.
