Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS in Dalton, GA is seeking an FQC Technician to review final assemblies and serve as an in-line quality inspector, ensuring top-tier products before delivery to customers.

You will perform visual tests, document inspection results, reject non-conforming items, and support line productivity while following SOPs, policies, and safety rules. Strong detail orientation and ability to work 12-hour swings are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing process.
• Detail oriented with ability to analyze data on a monitor for extended periods.
• Willing to work irregular hours including weekends and nights.
• Team player capable of covering other work areas.

Responsibilities

• Confirms product compliance to established quality standards by conducting visual tests.
• Rejecting products that fail to meet establish quality standards.
• Ensure line maintains productivity levels needed to meet production demands.
• Documents inspection results for final product grading.
• Report any issues requiring a Quality Technician to the line supervisor.
• Produce products that meet quality standards with minimal defects.
• Monitor standard equipment settings and escape deviations for adjustment.
• Help other operators during breaktimes and flexibility to cover other work areas.
• Ability to follow standardized work and not deviate from SOP and work instructions.
• Adhere to the policies and procedures of Hanwha Q CELLS.
• Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management.

Reports to: Line Supervisor/Quality Supervisor

Location: Dalton, GA

Schedule: Swing Shift (12 hours)

Day: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Night: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Summary
