Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Quality Technician to assure product conformity and regulatory compliance. You will perform tests on raw, in-process and finished goods, manage data, and report variances to plant management. The role emphasizes safety, GMPs, and adherence to ISO-FGSI/FDA requirements.

You’ll work within a team on a night shift schedule (9:00 PM–5:30 AM, M-F, with overtime as needed) and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced beverage facility.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a science-related discipline preferred.
• 2+ years of food plant QA or production experience, with QA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform quality sampling and data entry for products.
• Analyze raw, in-process, and finished materials for quality tests.
• Monitor safety practices and report hazards.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot lab equipment.
• Support ISO-GFSI, FDA-FSMA, and food safety programs.
