Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Quality Technician I to ensure the quality of products on the manufacturing floor. You will lead inspections, perform metrology tasks, and help maintain a robust quality culture on the production line.

The role emphasizes communication across shifts, mentorship of operators, and adherence to safety and quality standards to support leadership’s journey to market leadership in hand tools.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years quality experience or 3+ years manufacturing experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily audits of manufacturing processes to ensure conformance to standards.
• Operate test lab equipment and metrology tools to support inspections.
• Conduct dimensional inspections of incoming raw materials and in-process parts.
• Generate and update quality documentation (NCMRs, inspections, quality alerts).
• Support and mentor operators; communicate across shifts and teams.
