• Experience in manufacturing QA and metrology
• Familiar with SPC and blueprint reading

Responsibilities

• Set-up and check dimensions on parts using metrology instruments
• Audit Control Plans and FMEA’s
• Lead and train employees in procedures
• Enter data for record keeping
• Check, sort, and file paperwork
• Interface with the Quality Manager to address issues
• Monitor first/last piece approvals for conformance
• Support 8D, DOE, Red X activities
