You’ll troubleshoot equipment, coordinate repairs, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with internal teams, customers, and Field Service Engineers to meet delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be detail-oriented with hands-on problem solving.
• Experience inspecting, testing, and maintaining medical equipment.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and barcode tracking.
• Strong communication with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare medical equipment by cleaning, inspecting, and basic testing.
• Identify equipment needing repair and coordinate with teams and customers.
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic medical equipment at higher levels.
• Maintain accurate inventory, barcodes, and inspection records.
• Coordinate receiving, shipping, and inventory tracking to meet ship dates.
• Perform physical and cycle counts and manage parts.
• Keep warehouse organized and safe, and assist with training when needed.
• Support customer service, tradeshow staging, and on-site training as required.
• Escalate issues at higher technician levels and assist with workload planning.
