Shearer Companies is seeking a Quality Technician Level I/II to join our team behind reliable medical equipment. Pay rate $22/hour. You will help ensure equipment is clean, inspected, tested, maintained, repaired, inventoried, and ready for healthcare customers.

At higher levels you may troubleshoot and repair basic electronic medical equipment, coordinate repairs with teams, and maintain accurate inventory records. Levels I–III offer growth into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and hands-on candidate able to inspect, test, and maintain medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare medical equipment for customers by cleaning, decontaminating, inspecting, and performing basic function testing.
• Identify equipment requiring repair, tag units, and coordinate repairs with internal teams and Field Service Engineers.
• At higher levels, troubleshoot, diagnose, adjust, maintain, and repair electronic medical equipment.
• Ensure equipment barcodes, inventory records, inspection updates, and documentation are accurate.
