Job summary

AAON, Inc. BASX is hiring entry-level assemblers to support production of state-of-the-art commercial HVAC systems.

You will rotate through assembly, piping, electrical, finishing, testing and wrapping tasks on a fast-paced line, learning multiple trades and building a solid foundation for a manufacturing career. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and are comfortable using measuring tools, reading blueprints, and following QC procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2 years related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with QC inspection processes or manufacturing quality control is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished equipment to company standards; determine acceptance or rejection.
• Maintain accuracy of inspection reports and data entry.
• Review blueprints, schematics, or drawings to evaluate parts against standards.
• Quarantine non-conforming materials and complete corrective actions.
• Document inspection results using paperwork and electronic systems.
