We are looking for a talented Quality Technician- Level II to join our team specializing in Quality for our Cummins Inc. facility in Rocky Mount, NC

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
  • Support Engineers : By assisting in production-related and inspection jobs, you ensure smooth operations and help maintain high-quality standards.
  • Quality Monitoring : Your role in monitoring material quality and making necessary adjustments ensures that the final products meet the required specifications.
  • Documentation and Records : Maintaining accurate documentation and records helps in tracking progress, ensuring compliance, and facilitating audits.
  • Defect Identification : Comparing physical characteristics of components and products to technical specifications allows you to identify and address defects early in the process.
  • Testing and Reporting : Conducting simple tests and preparing technical reports provides valuable data for decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Measurement Equipment : Your expertise in using and programming measurement equipment ensures precise and reliable product testing.
  • Customer Assistance : Assisting customers in understanding product specifications and measurement data helps build trust and ensures proper product application.
  • Equipment Maintenance : Ensuring the proper maintenance and calibration of measurement and test equipment guarantees consistent and accurate results.
