Qualifications

• Minimum one year of related experience in Extruded Rubber Products (ERP) or similar industry.
• Knowledge of lab testing and extrusion/mixing raw materials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing on incoming and outgoing materials.
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and annual batch testing activities.
• Participate in developing quality specifications for materials.
• Support ISO Quality systems and complete documentation.
• Conduct periodic quality audits.
