Job summary

First Quality Products in McElhattan, PA seeks a Quality Technician to perform confirmatory and special laboratory testing and provide analytical support for QA across operations. You will maintain the lab, follow GMP/ISO procedures, and enter results into the Quality Data System.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; 2+ years in quality role preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO 9000, GMP/QSR is preferred.
• Proficiency with basic math and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform confirmatory and special laboratory testing of products.
• Provide analytical support for QA functions across operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the laboratory.
• Follow procedures related to the Quality System and GMP/ISO regs.
• Enter test results into the Quality Data System accurately.
• Report results timely and assist in corrective actions.
• Prepare materials, chemicals, equipment, and documents for QA tasks.
• Verify lab equipment and data within tolerances and records.
