Job summary

Bausch + Lomb in Tampa, FL is hiring for an Incoming Quality Inspector. You will perform inspections of packaging, components, and raw materials, ensuring compliance with quality standards and documentation in the ERP system.

You will interact with suppliers to meet Florida regulatory requirements, perform sampling, and help maintain quality procedures. The role requires a High School diploma and the ability to lift 50 lb. and work a Tuesday-Friday 6:00am–4:30pm shift.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with MS Office and data systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming quality inspection of packaging, product componentry and raw materials.
• Inspect labeling, componentry and raw materials using document controls systems.
• Interact with suppliers to satisfy State of Florida legal requirements and support material release.
• Complete inspection documentation and perform inventory transactions in ERP system.
• Review and/or author department SOPs and participate in cross functional meetings.
