Job summary

Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions is seeking a Quality Technician to lead testing procedures and maintain QA standards at the WMFTS USA site in Devens, MA. This role focuses on identifying quality gaps, supporting CAPA, and sustaining ISO 9001 and GMP compliance across manufacturing processes.

You will monitor inspections, analyze data, manage nonconformances, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and robust quality performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing quality environments and ISO/GMP practices.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive CAPAs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Inspect materials and products to verify specifications and quality.
• Monitor processes per procedures and test methods.
• Analyze quality data and support CAPA activities.
• Interpret test results and advise on disposition.
• Maintain and improve the ISO 9001 QMS documentation.
• Coordinate audits and support corrective actions.
