Job summary

Fellowes Brands is seeking a Quality Inspector to support inspections of incoming parts, in-process parts, assemblies, and finished goods to ensure quality standards. The role collaborates with Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing and requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Applicants should have a High School diploma (or GED) with some college coursework; bilingual in Spanish is a plus. The position is on-site in Itasca, IL, with a competitive hourly wage and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma (or GED) and some college coursework completed.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to drive corrective actions.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Oracle Systems a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Able to read and interpret 2D drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, functional, and dimensional inspections of parts to ensure quality and process controls.
• Generate, review, and document inspection testing results; maintain records.
• Provide timely feedback to Quality, Receiving, Manufacturing, and Distribution; initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Act as liaison to suppliers regarding quality problems and communicate findings.
