Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Quality Control professional for the Renewal by Andersen Cottage Grove, MN facility. The role focuses on ensuring product quality through audits, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within a production-heavy environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in quality/manufacturing, familiarity with window/door specifications, and proficiency in quality systems and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Quality/Manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of window and door industry preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Experience with quality systems and lean manufacturing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform Finished Product and Workstation Audits of production lines.
• Provide input for Root Cause & Corrective Actions.
• Participate in cross-functional Tier structure for quality metrics and actions.
• Collaborate with Production Associates and Quality Engineers.
• Support Statistical Process Control methods to maintain in-control production.
• Coordinate test method maintenance and calibration.
• 80%+ time in production areas.
