Qualifications

• 2+ years of quality/manufacturing experience, preferably in window and door industry.
• Experience with quality/lean manufacturing and quality systems preferred.
• Strong communication and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform finished product and workstation audits of production lines.
• Provide input for root cause and corrective actions.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional tier with quality metrics and actions.
• Support production needs with quality engineers.
• Assist in SPC methods to enable in-control production.
• Coordinate test method maintenance and calibration.
• Involve lifting and destruction of units for investigations.
• 80%+ of time spent in production areas.
