Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Quality Technician II for the first shift to support the QA program and ensure returned products meet customer specifications. The role emphasizes re-packing, labeling, and inventory accuracy.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma (forklift certification preferred) and at least six months of related experience; familiarity with WMS systems (Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP) is advantageous. This onsite role offers solid benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Forklift operator certificate or completion within 30 days.
• Associate degree or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Quality audits, inspections and documentation.
• Perform daily quality assurance activities as required or directed by management.
• Monitor and report level of QMS implementation, compliance and effectiveness.
