Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5–8 years in a related field or Vocational School in Quality with 2–5 years experience.
• Solid understanding of mechanical measurement methods and inspection setup.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA plans to ensure compliance with specs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Process Control Plans.
• Design, set up and perform destructive/non-destructive tests to measure performance.
• Maintain quality procedures/instructions and ensure proper production checks.
• Field, track, report, and analyze customer complaints and field failures.
• Assist Quality Manager in resolving customer issues.
