Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Quality Technician in manufacturing.
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and radiographs.
• Experience collecting and compiling statistical quality data.
• Proven ability to implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
• Experience participating in Kaizen or continuous improvement events.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to product excellence.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent implementation of quality standards across all operations.
• Follow work instructions diligently to uphold high quality.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and radiographs to understand product specifications and detect deviations.
• Collect and compile statistical quality data to identify improvement areas and monitor QC effectiveness.
• Train production team on quality controls, promoting continuous improvement and product excellence.
• Review blueprints and specifications, comparing to produced goods to ensure conformance to design and quality standards.
• Implement corrective actions promptly to address any issues affecting quality.
• Participate in Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
