Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree desirable.
• Certified Quality Technician or similar certification desired.
• 4–6 years in quality technician role in heavy manufacturing.
• 1–3 years ISO or equivalent quality/inspection experience.
• Strong written/verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Serve as quality technical advisor for each manufacturing bay and field service personnel.
• Review work orders and supplements to ensure equipment is manufactured as specified.
• Conduct receiving, in-process, final and functional inspections.
• Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare quality documentation and reports, including trends and recalls.
• Maintain 6S workspace and OSHA safety compliance.
• Update quality charts and controlled documents daily.
