Position: 2A Quality Tech II

Shift: Mon- Thurs 4p-2a

Pay: $20 + $1 shift differential

Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure accurate checking, inspecting, and/or counting of all products for inbound and outbound departments, ensuring all products are free of damage or defect.
  2. Audit product and packaging/labeling to maintain high levels of product compliance and accuracy.
  3. Verify that the quantity, quality, labeling, and shipping address of orders meet customer specifications.
  4. Use warehouse management systems such as Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP, etc.
  5. Utilize Microsoft Office software, including Excel.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Supply Chain, Quality Control, Auditing, Product Compliance, Material or Product Inspection.
  • At least one year of experience in checking, inspecting, or counting products, auditing, and ensuring compliance.
  • Experience with WMS and Microsoft Office.

Role Purpose:

Support the QA System through daily Quality Assurance activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, customer requirements, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality audits, inspections, and documentation.
  • Monitor and report on QMS compliance and effectiveness.
  • Provide QA training to staff.
  • Coordinate QA licenses, permits, and registration activities.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve quality initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Forklift certification or training within 30 days of employment.
  • Associate degree or related qualification preferred.
