Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Quality Technician II to perform inspections, testing, and detailed documentation to ensure products meet quality standards throughout manufacturing.

You will conduct in-process and final inspections, perform functional tests, document results, and report non-conformances. The role supports root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous process improvement with calibration and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies (e.g., IPC standards, ISO 9001).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds as needed.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department.
