Job summary

Vergent Products in Loveland, CO is seeking a full-time Quality Technician to ensure tools, materials and workmanship quality are maintained in a state of excellence. The role includes incoming inspection of components, calibration management, and adherence to ESD standards.

The successful candidate will document defects, read drawings, and perform First Article Inspections in production areas. This position offers competitive pay and full benefits in a fast-growing electronics manufacturing

Qualifications

• Document organization and control skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Gerber viewer.
• Experience with record creation and maintenance.
• Strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspection of materials including PCB, sheet metal, cable assemblies and conformance to specs.
• Use released drawings and calibrated measuring devices to verify requirements.
• Record defect data for non-conforming material or products.
• Manage calibration schedules for tools and devices with the calibration house.
• Calibrate torque drivers and maintain internal calibration records.
• Ensure compliance with ESD standards and maintain related records.
