Job summary

Novelis Uhrichsville is seeking a Quality Technician to support the quality assurance department through data analysis, testing, and audits. You will maintain laboratory equipment, coordinate trials, and ensure material quality from raw materials to reroll products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year manufacturing experience; people management preferred.
• Analytical, numerical and decision-making abilities essential.
• Ability to read safety, HR, and standard work documents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Lean 5S and support production quality conformance.
• Communicate daily/weekly quality and production metrics.
• Perform experiments/tests for R&D projects.
• Maintain CIS, Mechanical/Coating databases and related Excel/Access records.
• Complete product and process audits and coordinate trials.
