Job summary

Maker's Pride in Ohio is seeking a Quality Technician to ensure food safety and compliance with the Quality Monitoring Scheme. You will perform hourly quality checks on production lines, maintain documentation, and support HACCP, allergen, sanitation, and GMP programs.

This role requires attention to detail, basic math, and good communication; Spanish is a plus. The 2nd shift runs from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 months of QA experience required.
• Basic math skills including fractions and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Perform hourly quality checks on production lines.
• Escalate discrepancies related to HACCP, allergen, sanitation and GMP findings.
• Ensure products meet legal and customer requirements.
• Maintain 5-S and keep work areas clean.
• Complete daily paperwork accurately.
