Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. seeks a Quality Technician (Home Appliances) for a 12+ months contract in Plano, TX onsite. You will maintain technical knowledge within client home appliance products and assist in developing installation and service manuals.

You will review manuals, report issues, and coordinate with Product Support to improve service guides and contents. Strong problem solving, communication, and documentation skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• 2-3 years experience in Home Appliances or similar.

• Maintain technical knowledge within client Home Appliance and Electronic Products
• Development, preparation and review of technical documents, test procedures, user guide, installation and service manuals.
• Report and follow up with issues found during reviewing manuals
• Communicate with Product Support teams to improve Service guide/contents quality

Job description

Immediate need for a talented Quality Technician (Home Appliances). This is a 12+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano TX(Onsite).

Pay Range: $25 - $30/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain technical knowledge within client Home Appliance and Electronic Products
• Development, preparation and review of technical documents, test procedures, user guide, installation and service manuals.
• Report and follow up with issues found during reviewing manuals
• Communicate with Product Support teams to improve Service guide/contents quality

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Should be a team player and should have good communication skill to communicate with different group within client.
• Needs to have hands on experience with Home Appliance products and some basic knowledge for analysis.
• Comfortable to review technical documents and upload to system.
• Associate's / Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 2-3 years experience preferred
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, communication(verbal and written) skills, and organizational and documentation skills
