Job summary

The Quality Technician at Altium Packaging in Spokane, WA will audit, test and measure finished goods to ensure customer standards are met and compliance with GMP.

Duties include sampling, statistical monitoring, raw material inspection, dimensional checks, in-process inspections and reporting issues to shift leaders; a high school diploma and 1 year of related experience are required, ASQ certification preferred. This is 8-hour 1st shift.

Qualifications

• The technician position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• One year of related experience.
• ASQ certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit finished goods against customer standards and GMP.
• Apply statistical tools to monitor plant performance.
• Complete laboratory testing and collect samples.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory of finished goods.
• Communicate quality issues to shift leaders.
• Identify process improvements and report findings.
