Role : Quality Assurance Lab Technician – Days

Continental Shifts : 6am to 6 : 30pm. (around 84 / 86 hours per pay period - biweekly payments W2)

LOCATION : 7800 Will Rogers Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76140

Responsibilities :

  • Ensures that finished coffee and tea, and incoming materials meet quality standards and specifications
  • Follow guidelines surrounding Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safe Quality Food (SQF), and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HAACP)
  • Performs calibration and maintenance of lab equipment and evaluates microbiological programs.
  • Maintains records documentation and finished product samples.
  • Collects samples for lab testing, customer samples and external lab testing.
  • Maintains records documentation and finished product samples.
  • Supports food safety, quality, regulatory and customer audits.
  • Able to work flexible hours (including overtime and periodic weekends).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and a physically demanding job in fast paced environment while maintaining accurate information & documentation.
  • Analytical and mechanical aptitude; takes initiative and is self-motivated.
  • Ability to do product analysis (including though not limited to : oxygen, moisture, color, density, grind analysis)

Education Requirements :

  • Post-secondary education in the Sciences or related fields.
