The Timken Company, Rollon division, is seeking a Quality Technician to ensure parts meet the highest standards on the shop floor. You will perform inspections, support continuous improvement, read customer drawings, and assist with audits and reporting in a first-shift role.

The position offers a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and 401(k) with match, plus tuition reimbursement and paid holidays. Candidates must have HS diploma/GED and 1 year quality experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED completed.
• At least 1 year in a quality role in manufacturing.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Administer the quality program and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform quality inspections, first piece approvals, and quality audits.
• Work with CMM, Faro laser scanner, and gaging equipment.
• Create/update quality documentation and review customer drawings.
