Qualifications

• Record maintenance responsibilities to ensure proper documentation.
• Strong data entry, proofreading, and MS Office skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment; continuous improvement.
• Prior experience with gage calibration.
• Nuclear documentation/records experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify Customer’s Engineering and QA documentation requirements per order.
• Verify material used to meet customer requirements in cooperation with QA staff.
• Verify revision levels of drawing used in production.
• Prepare preliminary document package for Engineering to review for certification.
• Prepare customer documentation package for Nuclear products per COE requirement.
• Generate accurate and digitized documentation and reports.
• Organize and label all document packages and file.
• Perform calibration of Inspection & Measurement equipment.
• Act as a backup to the Calibration Technician.
• General support for QA/QC departments when needed.
• Provide weekly reports for Corrective Actions, NCRs.
• Other duties as assigned.
