Job summary

Actalent seeks a Quality Technician to support production and lab operations in Eminence, KY. You will perform gauge verifications, audits, testing, and documentation to ensure products meet quality standards and address non-conforming materials through corrective actions.

Responsibilities include GD&T and CMM inspections, conductivity and hardness testing, tensile testing, and maintaining quality records in ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a quality-focused role and 1 year manufacturing experience.
• Requires 2-year degree; 4-year degree preferred for advancement.
• Proficiency with gauge verifications and measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform gauge verifications to ensure tools are accurate.
• Audit manufacturing processes and finished products for compliance.
• Document test results, certifications, and quality records.
• Conduct tests on dimensional measurements, bending, CMM, and GD&T evaluations.
• Execute specialized tests (conductivity, hardness, hydrogen testing, tensile testing, titrations).
• Identify and segregate non-conforming materials; support corrective actions.
• Assist in TPM and preventive maintenance to keep equipment functional.
• Follow safety and quality procedures on the manufacturing floor and in the lab.
