The Quality Technician/CMM Programmer performs advanced dimensional inspection activities and develops Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) programs to ensure manufactured components meet engineering, customer, and regulatory requirements. This role combines hands‑on quality inspection with technical expertise in CMM programming, GD&T, CAD-based inspection, and advanced metrology.
The CMM Programmer / Quality Technician translates engineering drawings, CAD models, specifications, and GD&T requirements into effective and repeatable inspection methods and CMM programs. This position serves as a technical resource for CMM programming and dimensional inspection while partnering closely with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering to identify dimensional issues, support root cause investigations, improve inspection processes, and ensure consistent product conformity.
