As a Quality Technician, you will perform in-process and final inspections, analyze root causes, calibrate equipment, and maintain quality records.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
2+ years experience in a manufacturing quality role.
Proficient in using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM).
Strong understanding of GD&T principles.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conforming materials or processes.
Calibrate and maintain inspection, measurement, and test equipment.
Document and maintain accurate quality records, including inspection reports and test results.
Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures and work instructions.
Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
