Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a Quality Technician for our Broken Arrow, Oklahoma facility. You will oversee inspection and testing of materials to ensure adherence to ASME code and customer specifications, while supporting continuous quality improvements.

You will verify calibration of QA equipment, review test reports, and assist with audits and non-conformity resolutions. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and effective communication in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college/technical degree preferred.
• 3+ years of heat exchanger manufacturing quality control experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products to meet ASME, customer ITP, regulatory, and company standards.
• Identify non-conforming products; analyze results and determine root cause.
• Verify calibration and specifications of QA equipment.
• Assist leads in production following established procedures and regulations.
• Audit manufacturing activities for conformance to standards and policies.
• Prepare Non-Conformance Reports for production process issues.
• Perform receiving inspection for product identification, material requirements, and MTRs.
• Document test results and maintain accurate records.
• Support internal and external audits for ASME compliance.
