Job summary

Amcor is seeking an Apprentice Quality Technician to support production with routine quality testing and audits. You will learn and execute standard testing procedures, document results, and report findings to the Quality Technician or Supervisor.

You will perform routine tests, enter data into databases, and assist in preparing QC records while maintaining a clean lab and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English effectively.
• Basic computer skills including Excel and Word.
• Ability to follow standardized procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine quality testing including break/hole testing using Cognex cameras.
• Enter test data into databases with accuracy.
• Escalate quality concerns to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized lab environment.
• Assist in audits across production lines and record results.
• Support production with timely and accurate test results.
