Job summary

The QA Inspector position at Amcor involves completing and recording specified lab tests on production and signing off the first piece before prime production.

• Determine and verify product quality via lab tests and floor audits.
• Verify pre-production 1st piece sign-off before production.
• Review work in process, finished goods, and hold areas for quality.
• Train production staff on film property testing and equipment upkeep.
• Investigate customer complaints through records review and root-cause analysis.
• Provide quality focus in meetings, trials, and problem-solving; accommodate overtime as needed.
